(1) In addition to what is written in this Act and the rules made under this Act, the Commission may issue necessary orders subject to this Act and the rules made under this Act regarding elections and such order shall be published in the Nepal Gazette.
(2) The Commission may give necessary instructions to the staff engaged in election work for conducting the election.
(3) To comply with the orders and instructions issued by the Commission in accordance with this section, Government of Nepal, State Government, Local Level, Government Offices and Agencies, Government, Semi-Government and Non-Government Organizations and Agencies, Political Parties, Candidates, their Representatives, Promotion of Election-Related Activities Disseminators and election staff will also have a duty.
